Teams like Saints,Tennessee, Tampa Bay, Carolina, and the Atlanta Falcons. Ok Pittsburgh aint a bad team, and either is Cleveland. The Ravens simply played no one. Book it now. DOLPHINS 31 RAVENS 17. Don't ever make this team look better then us. They beat no one. We beat the Pats and San Degio on our home turf , and lost to Super Bowl team by a last-minute touchdown on our Turf. Miami wins big. Can't wait

I posted this yesterday and it got moved. I agree with you 100% they haven't beat anyone good. I disagree that Pittsburgh is good. I think the whole AFC North stinks. Cincinnati is ok when Green is playing well. Look at their schedules the AFC North teams are all benefiting from cake schedules.

The AFC North teams have been extremely fortunate to play 2 of the worst divisions in the league (NFC South and AFC South).

Pittsburgh lost badly to the sorry Bucs, Jets and Saints, while also getting blown out by the Browns. The Ravens are probably the best team in the division though, they've beaten all the bad teams on their schedule rather soundly...

Yeah Ravens just 3-5 vs the AFC, with their other 4 wins a sweep vs the NFC South. 0-5 vs IND, SD, PIT, and CIN twice....coincidence those teams all over .500?

really they beat all teams in the worst division, beat a loley titans team, beat pitt early when they struggled, and Cleveland who despite their record really isnt that good of a team. we went toe to toe with some top teams in denver, the pack, and the lions which all came down to the final drives while also taking it to good teams like the pats and chargers and came out with wins, if we play like we have all year we win this game and stay in the wildcard spot.

NFC -S has been good the Ravens. They have not been tested like we have against the pats, GB, and Detroit. Even though we lost to the pack and lions, if we play as hard as we did against the Ravens as we did in those losses, we win easily.
I believe we are battle tested and will win by ten on Sunday.

But...but...on this very board, we have "die hard" phins fans posting that we haven't beaten any good teams either!

Forget their record and who they played for a minute. Look at how their team is set up. They have a tough physical D line, and a strong running game. Teams like this give Miami fits. I think Miami can win, but it won't be 31 - 17.

Exactly. It's all about match ups and this one sucks for us.

I dont know, that pass defense for Baltimore is pretty horrific. If Clay and Sims get going in this one, we could be looking pretty good. The TE for blocking both pass and run has been superb with these two. Makes the read option more delightful. I am not sure Baltimore can be as effective as with other teams with their D line. I point to Denver in this regard.

We are in the south florida heat here too. We are at home. Baltimore doesnt do so well on the road and this team is not anywhere close to the team they had two years ago....not even close.

The jets had the worst pass defense in the NFL, but we didn't challenge the CB's very much because Tanny was under pressure quickly. It could be the same way this week. If he gets time, then we can take our shots downfield.

As far as the weather, unless it's going to be 85 to 90, I don't think it will be an issue. I think northern teams enjoy playing down south in the winter.

The Ravens strenght of schedule rating is -2.3, Fins is +2.3. Baltimore has O and D ratings of +2.5 and +2.4 respectively while Miami `s are +3.5 and +4.6. Just going with overall has Ravens at 4.9 and Miami at 8, which suggests the line should be Fins -3 then add 2 points for homefield adv. Those are pro football reference ratings, they arent very sophisticated but you can still get a good overall picture of the matchup, which favors Miami...
