Baltimore seems to always draft best player available. They do it the right way. They just haven’t had great quarterbacks. Put a Marino or Montana on those teams and they would have had a dynasty like the Patriots.

IMO Safety and Center are two positions the NFL, at large, has always under-valued (based on salaries and average draft position). I have argued for years that they should be considered premium positions.
