I gotta believe this Sunday's game vs Ravens is the Dolphins biggest game since week 17 in 2008 vs the jets. Ravens are going to be extremely tough. On the road if are Fins find away to win it is an absolute statement. Would also give us a 7 game win streak which hasn't been done since 1985. I don't no about you guys but I'm already nervous. Fins up!!!!!

I think we blew t big games in 2013 (@Jets, @Bills) that would have resulted in a playoff berth.

Games at the end of 2013 were each win and get in. This week is win just to stay in contention.

The 2013 games were bigger, even though the team didn't rise to the challenge.

I think there is a different culture on this team right now...I just don't know if our depth is good enough to overcome the injuries and win a game like this....Tannehill needs a big game, and the defense.

I definitely feel like this game could be the key to the playoff run. Guess you could say that every week moving forward if Miami continues to win, but this game has that feel to it. At 7-5 with three divisional games left going 3-1 to get to 10-6 will be tough. At 8-4 got to feel like the team is on target.

Even though this isn't a "win and you get in" game, I do think it's big in a way that the team hasn't experienced since the Wannstedt era. As the team slips farther and farther away into irrelevance and fan ambivalence, they have a rare chance right now to take a huge step forward mending "Battered Fan Syndrome" and setting a new tone going forward.

I mean, just look around at what the fans are saying. I can't remember the last time I saw so much hand-wringing with this fanbase going into a game.

Why is everyone considering this such a "special" game? The Ravens haven't beaten anyone, and they have lost to every quality opponent they have played; so beating them really isn't a big deal. It will not suddenly make us any better...

Beating them gives Miami the tiebreaker over them and Pittsburgh. It isn't a must-win but it's right behind.

Well, Baltimore is really good, but as for why everyone thinks this game is so important, well, I don't think it's more important than the upcoming AFC East matchups, honestly.

But in what I'm hearing and reading from other fans, this one's as big as any I can remember in over a decade. It's psychological.

BS. You are what your record says you are and since beating the Ravens Sunday would put another mark in the win it would in fact make us better.

Still upset over that 2013 home game vs the jets in week 17,
Win and we were in. I was at the game watching it from liv, the party that night down in south beach would have been great
