So stay in constant rebuild year over year just cus some players get older? No, we've seen the full retard youth movement fail on the OL this season. X could play at a high level for much more than 2 or 3 seasons (or not) so it'd be worth holding on to him.

This is so Dolphins, fail to acquire needed talent in the draft and when you do hit you trade them for picks that won't pan out. So I say, keep homegrown talent and build off it.
