zach thomas, i think he has more heart, goes out there nd plays injured, but never seems 2 lose a step
 
Zach, I never thought Ray was better than Zach. If Zach would make an *** out of himself everygame he would be in the public eye more often too.
 
Had to vote Lewis, although I can't stand him and I LOVE Zach. However Lewis is a game-changer. Zach is a GREAT LB, but he's not Ray Lewis.
 
I would say Zach only because I am a Dolphin fan.
 
Had to vote Lewis... He is a freak.

Zach has heart though... and that means a lot, but Ray is/was an animal.
 
Zach excels regardless who is in front of him on the line. Even at his size. Always finds a way to make the play. Just attracts less attention to himself. Is also very cerebral and the field general.

Ray Lewis is good , but overhyped/overrated. He is loud which gets more attention, but when there were no longer huge bodies clogging the middle he was less effective.
 
i had to go with zach, i think the only major difference between the 2 is just that lewis is a louder player and gets in the opponents face more....the crazy part though is that next season these guys could possibly be lining up next to each other, ray lewis has already said that he wants to come back to florida before he retires and play for the dolphins

Gosh I hope so, would LOVE having Zach and Lewis on the same team, OUR team! :dolphins:
 
I'll go with the guy who wasn't involved in a double murder.

No, seriously, Zach all the way. I think Ray Lewis is one of the most overrated players in the NFL. One of the reasons he gets so many tackles is because he doesn't cover players. He waits for them to catch the ball and then hits them.

I hate Ray Lewis. There are very few players in all of sports I would like to see get injured, and he is one of them.
 
werent there rumors that ray lewis wanted to retire a dolphin? i was just wondering.
 
In his prime....Ray Lewis...im sorry but he was a flat out playmaker, and he's ****y attitude was infectous. Nobody wanted to mess with the ravens that year because Ray brought fear to the game, not just strategy and fundamentals.
 
I voted Zach

Ray Lewis is a game changer, and will have spectacular games, but Zach is consistantly a factor in every game he plays (Ray will have a game where he is a non factor), he may not be as flashy, or as loud but when the game is over, he did his job just as well as Ray Lewis.

Right now also it seems Ray might have lost a step or two, while Zach is still going strong.
