Quick question.

Is it true the Ravens are putting Ray Ray on the trading block and the best they have received is a 2nd for him?

Has anyone else heard anything about this?

ive heard they may trade them not sure if its true

Since we play a 3-4 I wish we could have him and Zach in the middle

EDIT: Obviously I know this will NEVER happen, just wishing

LOL

Heck yeah that would be an awesome 3-4

Who knows we shall see. I am one who will never say something will never happen.

This may be unlikely but who knows lol

IMO they won't trade Ray. He's one hell of a player, even though he's been injured of late. But his leadership is invaluable and he can provide that when injured.

The rumour is that Ray wants out if the Ravens won't give him a bigger contract. Apparently Ray is almost broke and needs the money (ie signing bonus). With his injuries, decline in production, and complaining, the ravens probably won't give him that money. Ray has also been accused of not playing at the end of this last season even though he was physically able to. And some are even calling him a locker room cancer. I don't know if Lewis will be gone, but its not outside the realm of possibility.

A locker room cancer? Ray lewis is like a "godfather" to most players in the entire nfl. When guys get out of hand and say stupid things one call for godfather ray and the next thing you know their apologizing up and down the place. This guy is a locker room "cooler".

I think Ray wants out as well....their offense is horrible in Baltimore and I am sure he feels he could go to a better team...maybe a contender like MIAMI.

TEll Ray Lewis to go to Oakland where all the bad boys belong

Warren Sapp
Randy moss
Kerry Collins
Janikowski
BArret Robbins

Tell him to come back to the state he played his college ball, and where superbowls are born

Miami

i would love to have ray lewis, but he's getting on a bit, i think we need to focus on getting young talent to our defence like we already have with travis Dan and Crowder, i'm sure roth will be great too. saban so far has done a great job in picking the rights guys, so whatever nick decides to do, i'm all for it

re:

We get Ray, no T.O.

We get T.O., no Ray.

Those two are about as close to hatred as you will find in the NFL. They are two that would NEVER be able to coexist no matter if they finished 16-0 with a ring too. They're both getting up there in age. It just COULDN'T work. They'll both want crazy paid. That can't happen. And all we need on the way to the playoffs is mad controversy.
