For all of you with your heads about to explode in agnst over the Phins...read this. Andy Cohen puts the situation into the best perspective I have read so far.

You can blabber all you want about how we suck....you can cry all you want about how you hate Culpepper...and how Mularky has ruined your life..and how our secondary is single handidly giving the game away. How bout putting just a little effort into seeing the positive..because it is there...
 
I live to read his articles on the dolphins site. His insite always gets a great point across

Good article. Yes, Miami is not playing as well as it should, but things don't come overnight and it's going to take time for Culpepper to build uo confidence in his self(leg), the ol, and get on track with his WRs. Just as he said the season is not sprint buy a marathon. How many times have we been all excited to see Miami falsely advertise that they are a good team by jumping out to 3-0, 4-1, only for them to crumble by mid ot late season and have quite a losing streak. It would have been nice that Miami just riushed out the gates and crushed every opponent, but they didn't happen and what good would that do if they fall apart later on. I just want to see progress, even if it's baby steps, because baby steps are stil moving forwar. The win was ugly,but it gave Miami some confidence and something to build upon which they desparely needed. So now they can improve some more and hopefully play better against the Texans, and each slow progression after the other, so that eventually the team will be insynce and you will see this teams talent fire up, which I believe it will. Some fans are so impatient though, this is only 3 games into the season!
 
Not to knock anyone on here, but obviously we will ALL agree on his articles. The man writes for miamidolphins.com
He probably wrote a positive article after the whooping we took against Jax in the playoffs a few years back.

exactly my point.
 
although I like Andy's articles, as the official dolphins writer, he'll always write his articles in a positive point of view..We've got to be more realistic sometimes.

Good article anyway :D
 
maybe its a new era...instead of starting off early at 6-1 or 5-2 an losing terribly in december... maybe they r starting off opposite?? lol just being optimistic here...:dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins: :dolphins:

Hmmm....funny. I thought what he wrote was a highly realistic view of how we sit at the present moment. Spin is what you read on a political pundits web site.

You all look for every angle as to why there are problems with this team.


Question for all you Miami Heat fans...of which there are many on this web site...



How many of you thought Miami would be champions...half way through the season?

Not saying we are going to win the Bowl...but I am saying that the glass is not always half empty.
