Wow, I am absolutely shocked at the hate on this board right now. All of you, you know who you are, please just leave and don't come back. I have seen more ridiculous threads in the past 5 minutes than I have in my 9 months at Finheaven.

Let's get this straight. We played the defending champs, and lost a tough close game.

Daunte is not overrated and certainly does not suck. If you say that, you are not a Fin fan.

I saw one thread that said Ronnie Brown is not a starter. Are you flippin' kidding me? He played as good as any one in my mind. He got some very tough yards and turned a lot of negative yardage plays into short gains. It's hard to run when you have 3 black jerseys on you in the backfield. You sir deserve a ban for creating that thread.

So if you are already saying this team is done, just leave. Don't come back when the Fins turn into the AFCE champs, just don't. I am fed up with fair weather fans and I am embarrassed to be classified in the same realm as some of you.

If you are still an absolutely crazy die hard Fin fan who thinks the Dolphins will win the division, give me a hell yeah! If not, just leave the forum.
 
I think the mods should systematically hunt down the ******* (hint, it sounds like witches) and burn them at the stake. Everybody should expect the Finheaven Inquisition.
 
Their fair weather fans. They like Miami when they do good, very critical when they lose. To hell with them!

Seriously...I have been a poster on finheaven for YEARS and I have never been so upset with this board. You people make it MISERABLE for the rest of us. I am strongly considering becoming a premium member now so I NEVER have to put up with these fickle morons ever again :shakeno: ...cuz you know they sure as hell wont be found in the member section.

I'm with you, brother. We were broke by one play, and it was made by the SB champs -- and then some question. After that play, played like ****. But before that we played like champs. That won't happen to us a lot this year. The only thing we need to work on is late game adversity .. fix that and we're golden.

Shake this game and we're 3-1 going into New England ... Instead of the glass being full, it's 15/16 full; And for those who see that as half full ... Simply leave.
 
I can't name a single "star" QB in the NFL who hasn't had a 2+ INT game in result of a loss. It's amazing how you guys call out a QB for "sucking" after one damn game.

You wonna know who sucks as a starter? Joey Harrington, and he's proved it.
 
I am a real fan. Not a homer who has unrealistic beliefs and thinks the team can do no wrong or a lunatic who wants to write the team off after one game, but someone who actually uses logic and stays grounded in reality. Are there any more of you here? LOL
 
changes thread title to " the few the extremely rare, the voices of reason"
 
i was very encouraged by daunte. he had to force the ball at the end and made mistakes because he tried to do too much...but outside of those two picks i thought he played great. he made a lot of plays happen that other qbs flat out cant. take a look at his stats before those two picks, he was having a great game. This should encourage real fans, we will be a good team this year. Daunte will have some great games, and people will be riding his back again in a week. and theyll have to, because this secondary isnt going to keep us in games
