Realistic free agents OTHER than Manning!

Honestly guys, I think everybody is holding onto the idea of having Manning at the helm of our offense but we are being clouded with the OLD Manning. I have been holding firm in the fact I would love to see Flynn here. Of course as long as Philbin wants him. If not then we know there's a problem there. Anyways I would like to say that with our needs in mind and position we are in for the draft, imo our best free agent options would be

1. Matt Flynn- of course as I mentioned, this is as long as Philbin thinks highly of him. There are some reports coming out that the phins May be higher on Tannenhill but of course I see smokescreen all over that.

2. Brandon Carr CB- we are in need of a corner desperately. Will Allen is not the answer obviously as our nickle back and smith shows flashes, buy then struggles at times. He's way too inconsistent and may be better as a FS. Carr is a very good cover corner and has been really making a name for himself. I'm high on him.

3. Corey redding- we need DE and this guy has a motor. Obviously coming from Baltimore he knows defense. Lol.


I would love to see Carl Nicks or Mario Williams but they will demand some major bucks. And this draft seems to be pretty good for offensive line help. I see us going OT first round after trading down.

I agree, I'm hoping that is addressed first round. But is like to see us trade back to maybe high teens. Unless by some miracle Blackmon or claiborne are there. Then draft one of them.
 
Winston should be 1st priority other than our own FA we may want to retain. I do noy want a 1st round pick to be on a RT and i do not want a project mid round pick who may or may not pan out. Not much talk of Atogwe. Many wanted him Hard last year on these boards. maybe we look at him this year.
 
Winston, i would like to get Meachem or Manningham at WR, Flynn, reggie nelson and save our picks for a DE a TE and some oline help and dline help and maybe a corner. I know we wont get all the guys i mentioned but 2or 3 of them shouldnt be out of the question. Maybe winston, nelson and flynn would be a big offseason for us.
 
Only problem with this way of thinking, this draft class is weak at a pass rushing DE. so we may need to address that in FA.
 
Any chance we could get SUPER MARIO? I feel we need another pass rusher.

That'd be nice, but we don't have the money to compete with other teams. Plus we don't get the added bonus of him only being a 4-3 end, he is versitile enough to do both a 3-4 and 4-3. If he was only a 4-3 end then that would knock out most the comp for him but any team can sign him.

Damn. I would of thought that would of been a great asset for us on defense along with wake. Well guess were only going to address the line. SAD FACE.
 
I'd love to see either Mario Manningham or Williams on our team. Williams might be a tough sign though with the money he will demand.
 
I'm not sure this is gonna happen but I would love for miami to sign Curtis lofton if we switch to the 4-3 our lbs would be dansby lofton and Burnett that sounds good to me personally
