Of course the season is where all the talking is at. But so far accounting for all the moves FO has done with out team, what grade would you give them?

For me the re-working of the WR's was really needed. All the WR's on the team look to be a high profile offense. GOD WILLING

Defense, signing SUH was a big boost in team and fan morale. It got people excited.

So far all the moves, I would give a A minus.

If they can get Mathis(which i doubt) It would cap off a SOLID A + !!

Lets just hope we are not that Eagles team that sign a bunch of all stars and tanked few years back.

Based on the talent overhaul and making tough decisions to a accelerate some dead cap an A. However, the vulnerability at Guard, Corner and LB could be an Achilles heal. That lack of talent to me, gives them a solid B

This is why I can't give them a grade yet, so I'm going with an "incomplete". That said, I really like a lot of the moves made both this year and last...

Based on the team they put together (on paper of course) this offseason I will have to give them an A-.

Very few obvious mistakes at this stage. I'd give them an A. I like the Tannenbaum/Hickey combination - they have different strengths and seem to be working together. I also like what Tom Garfinkel is doing as Chief Executive in better marketing the Dolphins.
Tannenbaum, Hickey and Garfinkel are a big upgrade on Ireland and Dee.

I would give them a SOLID {A} Simply because every move they have made, makes loads of sense.

Greg Jennings: Miami's receiving core though loaded with huge potential, are also extremely young, so they bring in a Vet that not only will teach them how to succeed, and be professional, but will also be yet another big weapon that Tannehill will love, when there is pressure, need a 3rd down play , or in the redzone.

Jordan Cameron: Miami loses a quality TE in Clay, answer, get a taller more athletic TE, that will be a far better and more consistent redzone target.

Kenny Stills: Miami gets rid of Wallace, their deep threat, and pickup Still another deep threat, that even though not as fast, far better at catching the ball and running routes.

Ndamukong Suh: the Prize of the off-season, and a D-player so dominating, the run defense will get better, and the pass-rush will get better just with him being there.

C.J Mosley: Considering Miami let go a few starting D-linemen, but were able to get one of the best starting Linemen in the NFL, why not bring the guy next to him that made up one of the best pair in the middle in the NFL when they played together.

C. I don't see how you can enter a season with such question marks at O-line, LB, and at CB.

I give them a B+, mostly on the strength of the draft and the Suh signing. I have the same concerns as others about OG and LB but I'm actually less worried about the defensive backs. In my opinion, you can either plug up holes with reaches for your scheme or you can strengthen what you already have. The Suh deal can't be overstated. On the surface it was (at least to me) a head scratcher, but after careful consideration we now have the most dominant DL we've had this century. That makes it easier for the DBs and LBs to do their jobs. And I like the draft a lot for its potential, even if we don't see immediate impact from a few.

I will give them an A Minus even if we shouldn't be making this until the games begin...

Personally I don't see D Thomas making the starting line-up but I'm excited to see our rook and turner play in pads. If those two make the leap then we are going to be something to watch this season.

Loved the draft from top to bottom. Parker was the pick of the draft... Philips is going to be a beast, ajai in the fifth, and What can Lippett become... Loved it...

Free Agency brought us Kenny Stills and a revamped WR Crew... looking forward to watching RT rack up the yards and TDs with them. Suh - Just loved this signing... we now have the most disruptive DT in the league to free up OV and Wake to Kill Brady...

No team enters the season without a few question-marks...

Overall I think the brass has done a great job and still has room to make the team better moving forward. Its wait and see time and I am VERY EXCITED...

Incomplete. I need to see actual games before I give a grade.

Yup, and this goes both ways. Some moves folks are drooling over could backfire yes, and some young guys being doubted could prove themselves.

C-

... They haven't even tried to sign me at LG yet.

You need a new agent, brother.

On second thought, maybe you should try updating your phone. Rumor is they've been trying to text you.

Even without seeing any results, I don't think I could be happier with the moves that our FO made this offseason. Well.... If we had traded up for Eric Kendilricks I would've been okay with that. But seriously, as a FinFan, you have to be excited right now. I don't remember the last time I had this much hope/belief in this roster/coaching staff/team. Fins up!
