Why the heck are so many people disappointed in this team? At best the Phins were supposed to go 8-8, have another solid draft next year, build through free agency and contend two to three years from now.

We lost to the stinking NY Jets, who were the favorites to win. And are probably the more talented team, so let the STINKING JET FANS have their glory for one game, they are supposed to win.

Saban is taking this team in the right direction, that is something to get excited about.

If you are a true dolphins fan with some type of rational you'll realize that the Phins are exceeding expectations, as well as getting rid of all the mistakes of the Speilman and Wannstedt regime. Wait until the Dolphins are competeing with the elite teams of the league, not the stinking NY Jets

True statement. Still sad to see the team lose, especially to the Jets. 14 more games remain, lets shake it off and focus on next week.

to play like they did this week after last week is going to disappoint any fan. i doubt san francisco fans are satisfied with today's loss because they won last week's game

I agree with you, right now we have inferior talent in many ppositions. The thing that gets me so upset are the stupid penalties, and the drop balls...Those are killers... our offense is not good enough to get over those silly bohe head plays!

yes i completely understand, I hate the NY Jets. Lets just look back and realize we are tied for 1st place in the AFC East.... : )....lets beat Carolina

I think all Dolphins fans are disappointed with the outcome especially since we were practically even with the Jets in terms of total yards. I think we held Curtis Martin under 100 yards and played a pretty solid game on D. Pennington's first TD pass was something our D back could not stop....then we blew it scoring No points after moving it easily down the field on the Jets....No TD and Mare blows a FG....we put ourselves in a 10-0 hole at halftime and never really got back in it. I still think we have a lot of positives and I look forward to Carolina.

we shuldn`t be disappointed about this loss, this was expected we`re still improving. last week our team we played great but that doesn`t mean we are an elite team

Couldn't have said it better myself. Of course it's disappointing to see your team lose and we all wish our team would go 16-0, but, reality is all games have a winner and loser and today we lost. We played well, really well in most areas. We had some dropped passes, some poor O-line play and untimely lapses in defense, but every team has those from time to time. Overall, I see more effort and better play from this team. We lost to a better team at their home. At the end of the day, we're 1-1 like the rest of the AFC East. Move on to next week.

And that's not to mention we recovered the fumble on the first play of the game but JT's offsides killed that.. so, that's potentially 2 trips deep into Jet Territory that we come away with No points... The Opportunities are there.. it's just time to work on them and get better, that's what good teams do..

That game stunk all around, there were alot of points in the game that could have turned the game around. The botched FG, the dropped reception by Chambers that would of been a 22 yard gain, and most importantly....when we scored our TD, the defense had them 3rd and 12 in their own territory, the Jets convert on 3rd down and continue on to score a TD....it hurts...especially verse the damn Jets. I'm looking forward to week 15 when we whoop their ***

My thoughts exactly! if Wanny were coaching this team taoday we would have folded and lost 35-0! We have a long way to go but this team was in it until the middle of the 4th quater, frankly I would be worried as a Jets fan that they didnt have this game in the bag alot sooner,

I'm a little disappointed. I've always felt that if we play very well and lose, then I can deal with that. But, if we play like crap and lose, then I have a real hard time dealing with that. This week was somewhere in between.

I don't think that we played too badly, but we did shoot ourselves in the foot way too many times. How do you think the game would have turned out if Schulters wouldn't have committed a pass interference penalty against Chrebet their opening drive? Or at least stopped them on one of those 3rd down conversions?

Thats right! We are suppose to accept this? I dont want to hear any damn excuses!

If you play your best ball and dont make mistakes and still lose, then you fought well and you go out there next time and make it happen. But if we are suppose to accept garbage then that is what you will always have.

your wrong Roman, we were back in it. We scored and we were losing 10-7. then the defense went into sleep mode and CC drops a big one.
