Love Gus or hate Gus. Love the play calling or hate it. We were in a position to tie the Falcons with 2:00 left, and in position to beat the Bills in buffalo. We were never out of the Jet game either. I guess what i'm trying to say is, nobody said this was going to be an easy ride, be patient, i know its tough. We were in all these games, nobody on the Phins is giving up, either should we:D

It is going to take time for sure, but Saban has these guys playing tough. Only thing we need to fix up is the DB's, QB, and a solid #2 receiver. Honestly, I could care less what T.O says and does. I would love to have that guy in a dolphins uniform and when we get a QB this offseason, miami's passing attack will be vastly improved.

Reality. A large portion of the games in the NFL are pretty close due to the salary cap giving teams an equal opportunity to play. It's the teams that pull out those close games that separate the good teams from the bad. I wouldn't want Frerotte as my QB when the game is on the line.

But why do I get the feeling like the coaches dont really want to win? Why is it when we get a good thing going, we stomp on it? I tend to think we are going after a QB high in the draft.

I would never give up rooting for my team! I just dont understand how people make so much money to give up on the obvious. and its obvious to me that:

1) We blitz too many people and dont cover recievers enough.
2) We dont run the ball nearly as much as we should, to teach our Olinement how to be physical!
3) Everyone cries to get rid of Gus but dont want to blame the guy who keeps playing him and defending him moreso than anyone on the planet Earth!

we were in most of the games last year too...
Not really...At least this year there is signs of life. The O line is blocking, the front seven on D is playing well. Remember last year, snap the ball, it was a freakin jail break to the QB.

I know what your talking about. When Gus went back to pass from the Falcons 10, i cringed...it didn't make sense, and they made us pay. I can only guess, the coaching staff is on a learning curve, like the rest of the team. A painful process it might or will be.
