If Odell Beckham goes on the trading block, would you trade for him.

(Yes it's a stupid question, it's not even a factual rumor or anything, but it's the offseason and it's boring round these parts )

yes or no.

That's a tough question. I think that to even consider that, I would need to satisfy two conditions:

1. The compensation is reasonable. Certainly not our first round pick.

2. There is an understanding with both Landry and Beckham that if we're going to reunite them and build an offense around them, they are willing to take team friendly deals.

But if you can meet both of those conditions? Yeah, I'm in. Beckham's maturity issues are more of the "struggles to control his passion" variety and less of the "is a cancerous jerkwad" kind. That's a pretty key distinction. I also think he'd do better in Miami than New York, since nobody gives a crap if he's out partying here and the media scrutiny is... Omar Kelly's idiotic twitter feed. And from what I have read and heard, Gase is much better equipped to deal with his personality than McDoofus.

Not happening, though.

No.

Trading for a superstar (or overpaying for one in free agency) who's worn out his welcome with his former team is a move straight out of the big book of Dolphins fails.

I would take Beckham of course. Hes what Parker needs to be. But the trade value required to get him would be too much

The Giants don't dump/trade superstars. I'd be very careful and very wary if they do.

Here is the question, do you do Devante Parker for Beckham straight up?

Beckham may be nuts but he is always healthy for the most part and plays and plays through pain, while Parker is always missing time or has a nagging injury that never goes away. Downside is you also then have to pay Beckham NOW while Parker is on a rookie deal for a few more years.
