Really sad and deeply disappointing (yet another blown season)

You do realize that many teams have never won a Super Bowl and may never will. Is it possible that we already had our glory years and will never return?

It’s likely that we never will experience a run like we did in the 70’s and we will never have a qb as good as Marino or a coach as good as Shula. Those that saw it should be grateful.

While this season was disappointing and the last few seasons ended in disappointment, I don’t think this is the dumpster fire that many here say it is.

We have talent at the skill positions. I think we just need to become more physical. Our offensive scheme is a run first scheme. We just can’t run the ball so we can’t run the offense correctly. We probably need a new Gm to execute the new philosophy.

I don’t give two flying ****s if he all of a sudden decides to hire a playcaller, sorry asshole it’s too late, you’d only be doing it to save your paycheck. You can’t call plays and you’re not even a HC if you tried. This dumbass NEVER has this team prepared to play and start a game. A very bad sign for a HC. He motivates no one, it’s a god damn country club he’s running.

Three years totally wasted and down the drain. Once he finally gets fired he’s never gonna get another a HC gig. Offensive genius my ****ing balls

Very optimistic but we aren’t even close to good and have a ton of warts. Our record since forever is a testament to that.

Get a legit guard and let Paul take a leap. Get Wright to put on 10 lbs of muscle. Get a legit nose. Practice harder than the games will be. You will see a difference.

It's been a damn farce and a joke for decades. I'm not sure how this team keep blowing rebuilds. I wish I had an answer, but I'm not on the payroll over here.

Were a HC, GM, two safeties, two Dlinemen, at least one CB, QB, two Guards, another RB(a bruiser) who can get two yards at the goal line, a new ST coach, a big physical WR, a new waterboy, from even making a playoff appearance

I just think our problems go way deeper than that. There’s a long list of issues aside from player acquisition that go deep. I wish a guard, rookie and rb would make us a playoff team but game prep, practice, game management, play calling, adjustments, coaching retention (Crossman) etc are the core problem. I mean Reek is still not on the same page as Tua in what year three? We have deep deep issues man
