does anyone think a team signs t.o., then lets a receiver go worthy of being a fin? or are the teams interested in that bad of shape, that even if they signed the circus freak, anything they put on the market wouldn't interest the general?

I think TO is too old, and will cost too much for a team to have to think about cutting someone worth while that would benefit us in order to bring him on. Where ever he goes, if they end up cutting a WR to make room for him, our WRs are probably better.

Plus, Tony said at the combine he wants to draft a WR.

umm thats how we got CP ... when they sign Frave , then traded Mcown then traded for a 6 round draft pick

And we all saw how much that helped the jets in the end.

My point is who is going to sign TO and then drop a good enough WR that we all get excited about? If a team signs TO and then cuts one of their WRs, it will be a 4th or 5th string WR at best.

The WRs we have on our roster right now are better than that.

I just hope that if they do plan on signing a veteran receiver they do it before the Raiders sign TO and ruin the whole WR market value for everyone.

I've got a feeling that Al Davis is going to offer TO a huge contract, at least, I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

And then cut him in less than a year... seems to be what Al is all about as of late...

....Al Davis :chuckle: ...

Are you guys reading this!!!... hes asking if a team signs T.O. That they would let a receiver go that could join the dolphins... NOT T.O. himself coming to the dolphins

The Redskins like those high priced pre madonas, maybe they will go after him.

First of all TO is a freak of nature and will be productive into his forties. He is NOT worth the baggage though. He is not too old. He is too young mentally.

I guess you didn't bother reading my posts..

I said TO is too old for a team to dump so much money in him they have to drop a good WR in return that the Dolphins would jump all over.

Read all of the post before you quote someone and try to act like you know what is going on.
