Yes, we could and should have more wins right now! That being said, I'm excited about 2 of the improvements I'm seeing as well as the overall physical play of our team.

1. Our o-line is improving dramatically, especially in their run blocking. More times than not, they are re-establishing the line of scrimmage and are really starting to push people around.

2. Our defense has been extremely physical as well. Channing Crowder is an absolute stud and has brought an infectious ferocity to our defense that has been sorely missing.

Our 1st draft under Saban has us going in the right direction. Right now, we're dangerous. In 2 years, we'll be dominant.

I'd agree, we are becoming a more physical team, which is Sabans plan- Make teams hate to play us. We are definately headed in the right direction.

Those two hits on the falcon RB that made his knees buckle were great!

I agree that the o-line is getting better as far as run blocking and they've been pretty good on pass blocking too.Ronnie's our future and I'd like to see him get 18 to 22 carries a game. Our defence is what I'm worry about. They can't get off the field.17 1st downs in the 1st half alone is horrible and the dumb penalties too.

Ozzy rules!!

Agreed. Also if you take a look at the players saban brought in this year, they are all making terrific contributions with the exception of frerotte. I think once he has more time to bring in "his players" we will be much improved. The o-line looks like a totally different group out there. The improvement has been amazing.

The defense must stop allowing these opening drive scores! We're not a quick strike offense (yet) and can't afford to spot people points!

everyones hating on our 3-5 record but realize at this point last season we were what? 0-8? 1-7? ya we improved that dramatically also

Plus all the young guys are playing with seasoned veterans that are only expediating their growth.

No doubt there's improvement, and a foundation for the future. I'm really happy with the direction we're going in, and will be really excited the next two years.

Right now I'm just bummed about this one. Even in a rebuilding year, you want to see us win as much as possible. But perspective always wins out - we're going in the right direction, even if we stumble along the way.

Not without a QB....sad to say that we might have been better off with AJ or Ears than Gus....

Houck has done WONDERS with the line. That's the biggest improvement on the team IMO. And with that we can FINally have an offense....

1. OL has been much much better, but they could even get nastier if we ran the ball 40 times a game
2. The DB's could play much better if we didnt blitz all our LB's to leave the CB's on an island so damn much against good teams.
3. We have two great RB's. What more really needs to be said except use what ya got!
4. We are set at LB and Saban will find a couple more next year.
5. Keith Traylor is the key to the defense
6. Wes Welker (needs to play WR more and sent deep)
