It'll take more than digging up an old Red Sox jersey to help the Yankees win the World Series any time soon.
 
why would the construction worker say where the shirt is hidden. Some people just cant keep their mouth shut.
 
I got to agree with Amars. I guess he really just did it to be on the news. Too bad, he barely even got his name in it, he's known as the "construction worker".

I agree.

What a great idea yet he obviously did it for some publicity or he never would have said a word about it, or at least never would have admitted where it was.
 
as if the rivalry wasn't over played enough, we have to hear about stupid Hawks and buried jerseys plus the 19 games a year they play.

He didn't admit where it was located. Some of his fellow workers gave the Yankees the tip about where it was hidden.
 
Man, I'm tired of all this Yanks-Sox BS. A majority of the country doesn't give a **** about these teams, yet ESPN leads the parade of people shoving them down your throat. **** the Yanks and **** the Sox.

I agree, as i said in my earlier post ESPN will do ANYTHING to overplay this rivalry.
 
Perhaps Papi is the one bidding, who the heck else would pay 60,000 for this?

Although it is tax deductible!
