I dont know to much about you guys corners and safeties, how good are they with who is on the roster now..and how do the matchup with the redskins wr of santana moss brandon lloyd randle el compare to your secondary..are you comfortable with the matchups,or do you have some concerns? If so what are they?

I believe with Dom Capers as the D coordinator, he will have something up his sleeve to help our secondary. If D Capers doesn't come up with any special plans, your receivers will eat our secondary up. BTW, I'll be at the game.

I believe that other than Santana Moss, the redskins receiving core doesn't pose that much of a threat. You also will have to factor in Jason Campell will start for his first full year and to be completely honest dont think he will stand much of a chance getting good looks at his receivers with Joey Porter and Jason Taylor coming off the ends not to mention i believe our secondary will be 10x better than they were a year ago b/c dick saban made things way to complicated for his own secondary than he did for opposing offenses.

RS WR> Dolphins secondary, but cambell probly won't even be able to throw the ball as JT and JP will be in his face all day.

Honestly, I'm more afraid for our WRs vs Taylor and Landry. Those guys are going to be the hardest hitting safety tandem for years.

We had the #4 defense in the league last year and replaced Spragan (he's a backup now) with Joey Porter, and we have the same DC as last year. Should be a good test for both teams to see where they're at.

Hopefully Daunte Culpepper will start for us.

All in all I hope you're recievers don't do too much that day.Being the game is in Miami and in September,it will be brutal for you guys in the heat. Not too many teams fair well down there that time of year.I see the Redskins trying to run the ball as often as possible.

Dittos. WRS going down the middle are going to take punishment from the skins for sure. Got to pick on their corners in the passing game. Don't care much about the Skins WRs except for Moss. Our secondary will be fine this year and so will our safeties. Our corners were actually not that bad last year. And I can buy the over-sophistication of the defense inparted by Saban as being part of breakdowns that did occur last year. Different year and better safety and CB this time.

well if we had no good rush , you would destroy us , cuz the CB arent really great( not that bad do) our SS and FS are good ,, BELL(ss, will be a great, the problem with bell is that he is not really great on pass protection. HILL(fs, his a great solid player , not spectacular)..

your real problem will be getting a accurate pass of ... we a great front 7 . you will lose the game because of that , campell will be terrible cuz he is going to be runing the hole game , miami24-10 redskins

Exactly. It doesn't matter how good your WRs are compared to our DBs when your QB is on the ground or throwing while being decked.

moss, randle el, and lloyd are good, but cambell has to get them the ball...skins got good bookends at tackles (samuels, jansen).

Don't forget Brandon Lloyd. I still don't think they pose much of a threat, but Lloyd can make some ridiculous catches.

Well Jason Allen is much improved from last year from what I hear.
Will Allen is an above average Corner.
Bell is a solid Safety.
Daniels should play better than last year now that he's healthy.

Still Moss and Randel El scare me.

Pretty early to be talking first game of the season. Oh hell, I'm just as excited as everyone else here about the season.

Randel El scares me more as a KR/PR and on trick plays than he does at just running routes. Brandon Lloyd has a perennial underachiever and just disappers. I'm a little worried about Santana Moss, but we've got plenty of speed on the outside between W.Allen, J.Allen, and A.Goodman (if he's healthy). I think we'll matchup fairly well against the Redskins. However, Campbell's mobility is worriesome as mobility does tend to give---as well as every other team---difficulties. It should be an exciting game. I'll go ahead and predict it.....19-0---just like Miami's record this year!!!
