Reading pro football talk and came across this article....

As it states in the article, most people don't know this is in the rule book (I didn't)....this was the first I had heard of it. Obviously this doesn't occur very often, but still interesting.

Never heard that in my life. Would have been interesting to see them give the chargers points after they blew that false start call early in the game that helped SD get a TD. Heinz may have rioted

Blandino sounds like a moron here. The Chargers holder could have been penalized for moving the ball/simulating the snap prior to the hike.
