Reggie Bush: New offense will do ‘wondrous things’ for Chad Henne

This. A thousand times this.

I can think your arguments have no merit at all, but it gives me absolutely *no* reason to attack you personally. It's really sad that things devolve into that kind of crap.

FWIW, I don't think criticizing the team somehow invalidates anyone as a fan. Blindly believing in whatever the team does or says is best reserved for mindless cults. In the same vein, blindly criticizing everything the team does or says is best reserved for political forums ;)

I couldn't agree more!

Drivel.

Pros know quickly. Amateur, agenda-driven, never-been-wanna-be, self-proclaimed geniuses on a team's unofficial website know d**k, and are most likely just hoping that spouting makes their Johnson bigger.

Wait? It doesn't???

Then, what the hell have I been doing?

Also (luduporcu) - what does it say about you, that you felt you had to use a second name to post this? Hmmm?

Das a goot vun.

The other night you're trying to tell me that Orton's overall QBR last season trumps Henne's but ignored his abysmal career 3rd down and 2010 4th quarter QBRs.. essentially saying that the 90% of Denver fans who've seen him up close for 2 years don't know what they're talking about... and that it's only Henne is **** on a stick!

Now, disingenuously you're arguing that the guy who's practicing with Henne and has Drew Brees as his point of reference knows less than fans who've watched Henne for 2 years. Essentially what you're saying is that our fans know more than Reggie, but Denver fans and John Elway know less than non-Broncos fans. Sorry just doesn't compute (unless someone has a closed-minded anti-Henne agenda)
This is a little off topic but I've seen you post this several times like it's some kind of big deal. A lot of those fans aren't happy with Orton because they want Tebow. They just dont know any better. You think 90% would still want Orton gone had their defense not been pathetic and they finished the season say 9-7? Or if they didnt have fanboy Tebow behind him? Orton isnt an elite QB but he's better than a lot of starting QB's and just because 90% of a fanbase either just want Tebow (I bet a lot of people became Bronco "fans" once they drafted Tebow), put too much blame on Orton and not the defense, or just plain dont know what they're talking about doesnt change that fact.

Hell, 90% of Dolphin fans thought Kory Sheets was our missing KR weapon and big play running back last year. Doesnt mean they knew what the hell they were talking about. This year everyone thinks Livas could be the big KR we need. I don't see it.

True, I did see improvement, but i still held my breath on a few of the throws over the middle where teams familiar with Henne, (Jets, Pats, Bills) will be just waiting for that throw....

Thanks for proving my point. I'm not gonna turn this into another Orton indictment other than to say that drafting/reaching for Tebow was the result of everyone's dissatisfaction with who fans, even before the draft called "3 and out Orton" When a guy comes up short with sub 60QBRs in crunchtimes like the 4th qtr or career 3rd downs, as Broncos fans point out, he contributes to his own defense's demise.

My contention is the eagerness to indict Henne with a 13-14 2 year record and with Henning instead of Josh McDaniels calling the plays, with no regard to the momentum killing wildcats, porous O Line and ineffectual running games, while rationalizing Orton's 10-17 record, and unacceptable crunchtime QBR as having a bad defense and the fact even more fans wanting him gone as "clamoring for Tebow" just underscores the Rainmanish agenda on anything Henne and the sugarcoated vacuum vision on "it's everyone's fault but Orton's" Inconsistency, hypocrisy, subjectivity, or whatever, I will continue to point out the misplaced arrogance of thinking that the majority of the fins fan base is smarter than the majority of the Broncos' fanbase. It is what it is :idk:

I dont disagree that Henne has gotten more blame than he probably deserves. We all seen how bad the offense was with Pennington at QB before getting hurt in '09. The play-calling and philosophy would've made it tough on any QB to succeed especially when you consider we lacked any kind of speed on offense last year. The running game sucked as well. So I agree with you there. I'm just saying just because 90% of Bronco fans dont want Orton doesnt mean the guys a terrible QB. Just like a lot of fans want or will want Moore to play the second Henne struggles just because he's not Chad Henne. 90% of Bronco fans not wanting Orton to start just tells me that 90% of fans either dont know what the hell they're talking about, want Tebow to start regardless, or want to lose as many games as possible this year to get a franchise QB next year. When I hear an over-whelming majority of fans would rather have Tebow start over Orton my first thought is "those fans are clueless and/or have agendas"...I dont think "oh ha...I knew Orton sucked"...
