Sure he is older now but even Reggie knows Miami has no receivers Would be a good move for Miami to have a big man go up for the ball in the red zone who else would in miami? Bess? lol, give him a 1 year deal see what happens not like the dolphins have anything to lose at WR.

i know most of you are delusional fans & think the WR corp is perfect as it is but really? i say give him a chance if he wants to play in Miami i know me & Reggie think he would be a nice fit in Miami.
 
might not be perfect, but i would rather stay as is. i would sign braylon edwards or Mike simms walker before bringing in Plax.
 
plaxico will not make much of a difference cause if he was that good he would not be a free agent. Give our receivers a chance and let the new west coast system work for our receivers. we have a bunch of tall receivers and plaxico is not as good as he used to be plus he has a ****ty attitude that philbin won"t like. i would rather have donald driver if he was let go in GB, otherwise i'm happy with what we have.
 
Does anyone really see Plaxico Burress as a fit in the WCO? I don't. I know some on here think big name = fit but it doesn't.
 
We don't need go route players as much as good recievers in the middle of the field. crossing slants plax does not fit that. I would not be opposed to bringing in another reciever but if Philbin is ok i'm ok for the moment...we'll see by game time how we all feel.

he is 35 most teams wouldn't sign a 35yo Wide out. But i get what you are saying i like Wallace as a #1 out of all the current receivers on the team but he is unproven would be nice to have a Vet wide receiver on the team he can still get off the line pretty good at the very least bring him in & give him a chance.
 
Plax has made it known that he wants to be in Philly, so any 'discussions' w/ Miami will most likely be solely be for leverage w/ Philly.
 
Plax likes the stand your ground law. He says if he was in Miami he would not have served time.
