Manning at qb will make teams a lot more likely to not blitz due to the fact he will make them pay, also the West Coast offense is designed to get the ball out quick as well so those two factors immediately improve the fins offensive line. As far as signing wayne goes, 5 million a year is not that out of the realm of possiblity. They dont need nicks, although it would be nice, beacuse Manning under center automatically improves the oline.

Why not sign Wayne to lure Manning here?

(if the whole wine/dine thing flows in to the free agent signing period).
