In my mind Culpepper played really bad in the first half, but after looking at it again, he had very little time. The second half wasn't much better, but towards the end of the game he started playing better. However it is no way all his fault. The oline is just as responsible if you ask me. When they gave him time he led us on that drive for the touchdown. Also look at his numbers. 23 for 32, a TD and a INT. No those aren't great numbers, but they are not horrible and in many senses better then we had from the past QBs not named Marino. The one play I do not understand is that INT. What was he thinking? Another big problem was penalties. I think everyone saw those so need to go in to detail.

People be patient. It won't happen right away and this game was discouraging, but remember it was the Browns game last year that happened before we went on our streak. This may be the wake up call this team needed. I think the team as a whole didn't play to its potential.

If we cut out the mistakes and the team plays more to the potential they have we still have a very realistic chance at the playoffs. Give the team and Culpepper time. Once everyone is on the same page and the play calling gets fixed this team could be scary. Just give it more time. This team won't give up and I will support them till the end.

I don't know what game you were watching. Usually he had enough time.

Yeah he did in the second half. I am not denying that. He made a ton of mistakes for sure, but we all know what he is capable of when he gets it going. I would have loved to see some deeper throws to loosen him up.

Don't even bother trying to convince these people they are the most unrealistic people I have heard met they all think the world is coming to an end.

Patience, huh?
I'm reminded of a T shirt I saw back about 20 years ago. It had two vultures sitting on a tree limb, and one turns to the other and says "Patience my ***, I wanna go kill something."

If our goal was to be patient we should have traded up and drafted Jay Cutler. We brought in Culpepper because Saban wants to win NOW. We have an aging front seven and cant afford to take another year to slowly get better. Culpepper needs to get his act together next week. Time has run out for giving games away

Culpepper had plenty of time to throw the entire game. He really struggled with his decision making.

Our recivers were not getting open...Buffalo has a pretty good secondary

That is BS.. Ask anyone who went to the game. The receivers were getting open.

You are right. I figured I would try. I give up. Sadly I don't have the money for VIP....

Naw, the most unrealistic people are the Pollyanas who, even in the 4-12 days of Wanny-ball kept telling everyone "Be patient, everything will be all right..."

Patient my you know what. This team is in big trouble. The o-line is a complete joke and C-Pep decision making is horrible. If we win 6 games this year be happy. That means we over achieved.
