It was Williams in 02 all the way to be the rushing leader. Freaking Ray Lucas ruined our season though.

Those were the days!!!! I hate all the Wanny and Spielman haters for this reason here. We were good until 2004 hit. Damn we are on are way up now but we were good! Memorrrrieeessss!!!!!

Looking at some of the other stuff is funny:

BENGALS - At least teams like the Lions, Texans and Vikings are competitive.

SEAHAWKS - It's looking more and more like Mike Holmgren won't be back next season in Seattle.

PANTHERS - Maybe they regret not taking Joey Harrington, but we're still pretty sure they're happy with Julius Peppers (six sacks).

Hate us all you want but remember that most of that team was built by Jimmy Johnson.

Years before Wanny we were actually making playoff appearences and had a shot at the SB almost every year.

1Dolphins5-1-0With a two-game lead in the AFC East, the Dolphins have some room to breath while Jay Fiedler's broken thumb heals.

:sidelol:

Room to breathe...until Lucas choked!

I'm happier with our team now. We were pretenders back then. Now we're the real deal.

And the Jets were ranked 28th and if I remember they won the division when the Fins choked.

Whoa!!!!!!

Are you actually defending Wanny and Spielman here?!?

Ugh. The Dolphins really were the best team in the NFL at that point. Say what you want about Ray Lucas, but he truly only cost the team one game (home vs. Buffalo). The team as a whole didn't play well against Green Bay, the refs took away the Jets game, Lucas played well in wins over Baltimore and San Diego, and the defense collapsed at Buffalo. I'm not trying to defend Lucas here but you can only totally blame him for one of those losses.
