This bitter resentment for our ownership is going too far! Now we're even calling out Mr. Huizenga? I mean look at what you have, an owner who is willing to do whatever it takes to win now, even if it isn't in the best interest of the franchise and only to appease the fans. He doesn't hesitate, no, instead he fuels up the private jet and travels across country to try and get the latest hot commodity. Oh and he'll spend a fortune to bring them here too. Yes, he's learning on the job, but we all should be supportive and loyal because at the end of the day, we're all in it together. Instead I see the opposite, name calling and dirt throwing is the norm, attitudes are divisive, and absolutely no benefit comes from it. Negativity reigns supreme while infighting is running rapid. And it's a neverending cycle to be repeated next season.
Idk, I just find it very disheartening when I see a person lumping in and categorizing Stephen Ross with "the Dan Snyders of the NFL". For one, I dont think he's earned that label at all. We've never signed all the highly touted FA's on the market all in one off-season. Secondly, Snyder's been an owner much longer and has had more at bats, and has struck out many, MANY more times. So frankly, it's an invalid comparison.
Point I really wanna make here is, tomorrow is a new day, a new opportunity, a new beginning. Keep the faith, Ross just might end up surprising you by turning this thing around. I mean, what else do we have to lose?
