Ok so this may have been the best coaching decision of the week to SIT DOWN Crocker and put in Hill to play safety. He may not be the most talented but he is a very smart player. He doesn't blow assignments and helped our secondary hold down Moss and Welker. I know he needs to work with the jugs machine cause he cant catch a cold but our secondary looked far better today. Keep him there and he and Bell can be a good tandem.
And what about henning opeing up the college playbook ont his one. I love the option with Ronnie taking direct snaps. A very disiplined defense one famous for disrupting the best offensive schemes looked completely lost out there today. I say keep it up untill someone shuts it down. Mayb work Ginn into some snaps or Ricky i really liked the creativity i knwo people have tape on it but if we keep working on it and implementing it (on occation like today) in game i think because you can do so much out of the spread option it may take a looooong time for people to catch on if they ever can.
WOOOHOO we won baby...lets go into our bye week keep up this intensity and go home and take it to the chargers.
