I like it, I have only received one negative rep ( you know who you are....), but it allows you to see who is getting upset, and act accordingly. I think that holding people accountable for their actions is always a good thing. No more hiding.

Yes, it was an intended change that went into effect in January.

i have a question about how the rep system works. sometimes it will not let me rep a person and I get the message that I must spread some around first before i can rep them again. The thing is it was over a month ago when I repped the person and I had repped other people in the between time. I would just like to know how it works if anyone can explain it or direct me to a link that explains it. Thanks guys.

theres a certain number of people you have to rep before you can rep someone else. I don't recall the exact number without going back into the admin panel. :hi5:
