The test was part of a two-year probation agreement stemming from Henry's arrest on a weapons charge last fall. Henry has 88-day and 30-day suspended sentences in two different counties that will likely be triggered now that he has violated his probation. He's already suspended for the first half of 2007. Bengals | Henry's agent denies failed drug test
Mon, 21 May 2007 10:25:33 -0700
Updating a previous item, <A href="http://www.kffl.com/link/162">Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports the agent for Cincinnati Bengals WR Chris Henry, Marvin Frazier, denied a Kenton Country prosecutor's claim that Henry failed a drug test and will have to serve jail time. "The final result is negative," Frazier said. "It's all (nonsense)."

Henry, the Bengals #3 WR, gets a little too much press. The guy isn't even a star in this league.

But anyways, as far as the Carson Palmer comment, just so you know, he's pretty disgusted about this. He was the one who was in the press conference saying things like "some major changes need to be made"; speaking in reference to the off the field and on the field issues they faced all season long.

This new doesn't surprise me one bit. They knew the kind of guy they were getting when they drafted Henry

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bengals do miserably this year because of this issue. The team is going to fracture, if it hasn't already, between the thugs and the rest of the players.

just listened to his agent on NFL Sirius Radio and he said that the test was negative and that the entire story is false. He said henry is clean and that he is now with he girlfriend and baby. He may speak to the media within a couple of days and the bengals already spoke to goodell
