Report: Browns unwilling to deal #22 to Rams

If the price sinks low enough, I wouldn't discount the jest making a run at it with a deal that includes Revis and Sanchez as a backup for fragile Bradford.

so you seriously think they are going to trade probably the best corner in football and their qb in a trade up. I dont seriously see anything like that happening.

Its not about him coaching somewhere else. Its the way he went about it.

Howdid he go about it , he chose STL they gave him more power its really that simple. As a canidate you look at all jobs and take the one that fits you best, how did he use us I mean really. Our owner wanted him he tried to sign him and didnt, its not as big a deal as some want to make it. Hell we put all our canidates on hold for him so that was our idiocy.

I hope the price goes down but in reality this pick will not come cheap Griffin is a rare qb prospect and somebody will move up for him. After Griffin there is no special qb prospect

For once, I agree with you..lol

I have to agree again.
This is serious business, not a video game. Fisher was damaged by his experience in Tennessee. He wanted to make sure everything was to his liking. Can't blame him. In the end, Ross would not give him veto power over Ireland.

i have been thinking all along that the rams were looking for the motherlode to trade the #2 pick, and they may price themselves right out of the market and have to just go ahead and pick blackmon there (or scramble for a trade down at the last minute). you rams stick to your guns!

I feel as though St louis really could only trade with Cleveland because if they trade with Washington St Louis will miss out on both Blackmon and Claiborn.Cleveland takes Blackmon and Tampa take Claiborn or vise versa.Everyone knows St Louis's 2 biggest needs are WR and CB ecspecially CB.

I would sit tight if i was Cleveland.Honestly Haden and Claiborn would be 1 nasty CB combo.

Picking at the #2 would be a disaster for them...

I think they will do what you said and will scrabble to trade out just to get some picks...They are being way too aggressive...

They have so many holes that they need to trade down and accumulate picks.

Why would Cleveland take Claiborne? The discussion is sitting tight and getting RGIII at 4 which is what they need.

Yea I don't know why they would waste picks when at 4 they are going to get one of the 5 surefire 100% studs of the draft...

They other thing is that they should stay put and Griffen will fall to them if the Rams can't trade out because they are too aggressive...

The Vikings aren't going for QB...

If they want Griffin they will have to trade up Griffin will be a hot commodity everyone is trying to bluff now

Of course they shouldn't. Why would they deal their other first to move up two spots? The Rams aren't going to get the bounty they are hoping for, especially if Washington or Cleveland land Flynn or Manning. I'm betting Washington signs one of those two, which leaves the Rams absolutely no leverage with the Browns. In fact, short of a mystery team jumping into the fray, I'm betting Cleveland stays at 4 and still ends up with RG3...

That would be an excellent CB duo.

Cleveland should hold on to both picks. With the 22nd pick, they could get help for McCoy, whether its Kendall Wright or (but hopefully not) Fleener.

Rams are getting greedy and they're going to end up having to make that #2 pick while teams will negotiate with the Vikings at #3 instead come draft day.
