Cue the people who think he shouldn't be hired precisely because he's won a Super Bowl. :lol:
 
Gruden scares the **** out of me. The notion that's been floated around that he truly wants to implement a spread system with a dual threat quarterback that he's learned studying with college coaches like Chip Kelly makes me absolutely crazy.
 
Gruden wouldn't be my first choice, but definately top 3...as long as Peterson has absolutely NOTHING to do with the team, and depending on who Gruden want to bring with him, I could easily endorse this.

The way this season is going, I mean passing yards going up the roof all across the board(NFL is starting to look alot like college football) , do you think it would be possible to inplement such an offense if A) The coach introducing it really knows how to make it work and understands the complexities involved in such a project. and B) Personnel is somewhat in place for that type of system.
 
I don't get the hate for Peterson, he was one of the top executives in the NFL, he's better than Ireland.
 
I would take Peterson as long as the rest of the house was cleaned.
