I would rather do an actual coaching search and then choose the best canidate but Gruden is a bright guy and definately a better cpoach than the idiot we have in charge.
 
I never get this I want a young coach since when does younger in coaching make better. I mean I understand u dont want a 70 year old coach but this thought process makes no sense to me

How exactly has the Wanny/meatball scheme which makes Woody Hayes look like Mouse Davis done?

I could see a spread w/ WCO elements being successful in... provided the QB were Chris Relf or RG3.

My only advice for Chucky is scrap the 3-4 and bring in a disciple of the late Jimmie Johnson to revamp the D.

That is a bit of disconcerning, but at the same time would be interesting if he could implment it. But what would that mean for a Andrew Luck???? there is no way you can run that type of offense with Luck. If we did go that route you possibly looking for a Robert Griffin III type which i think would drive most off the cliff on this site if we did.

So i would be interested to see but at the same time im not looking for a rebuilding project that is going to take forever, i want a quick fix to be honest.
 
Chucky definitely wants it remember hearing him on MNF! He was almost had an orgasm when he was talking about the Fins glory days!

How can you be so sure that isn't the most effective offense of the future?

Thats wat gruden does on a weekly basis. Not saying he wouldnt come here just saying lets take things in context here. Coach Gruden is the most Biased positive talking broadcaster ive ever watched. He thinks everyone on every team is the best player in the league
