One million in damages eh? I'd love to hear the justification for that.

edit: This is the same guy Jason Taylor sued last year

The only way I can possibly see this being a legitimate $1,000,000 damage case would be if Kim was in fact completely innocent, and Jason Taylor's high profile lawsuit ruined his business. Jason would have to knowingly fabricated these events and as a result, Kim would have to suffer the consequences (loss of potential future earnings)

It is the same guy. He uses JT's money as his own personal slush fund and now he has the stones to try to sue him?
What a piece of garbage. This guy should be sitting in jail.

Um if your making money for someone..and you control their money...why wouldnt you take your share after the profits came in?

You're legally supposed to keep the funds in a trust account (guess where the name comes from!) so you're exactly right. It's the same way attorneys get paid after they settle a case/receive payment from a judgment.

In this case, it sounds like he may have just "advised" JT where to put his money with a handshake agreement. Either way, another long line of people who will help you do something with YOUR money while trying to get something for THEMSELVES. Money Management is easily one of the trickiest fields to navigate when it comes to legitimate advice and bull****. The regulation there is just... simply non-existent.

Ya, that literally makes no sense that he wasn't paid upon the closing of any of the invested funds.

I am a fan of JT as a player. I can care less about his money.
