I read more into the story.. seems he was 17 at the time and the girls were around his age. Dumb mistake nontheless. I still wonder wth happened.

The actual report was posted in another thread... He basically raped those 2 girls... I'm still sad for his parents and his family though, nobody deserves losing theirs kid at that young age...
