Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I've suspected from the moment Georgia died that the Rams would eventually be on their way back to LA, and I wouldn't be surprised if that happens sooner rather than later.

I'm expecting an agreement where the Rams wind up back in LA, the Jaguars end up in St. Louis and the league is full of harmony... Or not.

I would'nt mind the Chargers going to LA because they are already in California. But no way should another team from outside Cali be relocated there. Same goes for Florida, Texas or any other state that already has two or three teams.

Portland or Louisville would be interesting destinations for want-a-way franchises.

Georgia Frontiere was a Vegas showgirl (and maybe more as a lot of them were in those days) who literally screwed her way into a marriage with Carroll Rosenbloom and upon his death, control of the team. Once he was 6ft under she fired his son Steve and sent him packing, found a younger, harder stud and followed the bucks to St Louis. I'm a believer in Karma..and apparently she reaped what she sowed in a prolongued, painful illness and death. Never had any respect for her knowing that her business acumen and ownership credentials came from her honey pot. IMO, it would be fitting to have the team returned to SoCal.

Rams Unlikely To Move To Los Angeles

In a lengthy piece that recounts the litany of recent failures to bring the NFL back to Los Angeles, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch makes a convincing argument that the St. Louis Rams are unlikely to return to their L.A. roots even though the Rams are up for sale.

I can't see them moving. It's not like they're in dire need of a new stadium, and the following in St. Louis is pretty decent because of the success they've had. It's the Vikings i'd watch out for, that stadium is a dump and they can't get a new one.
