DAVIE - As expected, the Dolphins still tabbed Michigan tackle Jake Long as the overall No. 1 pick of the 2008 NFL draft, but he might not be going up against six-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jason Taylor in practice if an Internet report is accurate.

Despite the recent insistence of Dolphins vice president of football operations Bill Parcells that the only way Taylor wouldn't be playing for the Dolphins this year was if he, "retired,'' Taylor was traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for three draft picks according to a report on NFL Network.

Tampa has the pick after Miami at 57. It could still happen.

I think we give Tampa JT for the #58 and thier 4th round pick. The only reason TB did this is they only drop back 5 spots and also get a 5th and 7th next year. We should still trade with TB for the 58 and 120.Lets Hope and then we take Charles Godfrey and Brohm/Nicks
