Reset: How Games Will the Fins Win

I had 4-12 before the season started as there were so many signs they'd collapse this year.


I'm hoping for 2-14 or worse however. Preferably 0-16 to assure greatness in the future.

I have been saying 3-13 since the Harbaugh debacle...
 
I am thinking three, but it could get interesting if we just happen to be 0 - 14 or 1 -13 going into the last two games. If Pats/jets have nothing left to play for, don't think for one second that Belicheat or Fat Rex won't have their teams lay down just to keep us from getting Luck.
 
I'm thinking 4-5 games for sure.. which isn't a good thing. I've said since the offseason we either need to be contenders now or completely suck. Being average will give these clowns another shot next year.

Really though, my prediction may change after Monday Night. If our team has a mental collapse.. I think we might go winless. I mean at that point you have to shut down Jake Long for he can be healthy next year, and perhaps a few other players who are injured/out of shape.
 
Those of us that are saying 3-13 to 5-11...we will not get Luck. What is your plan for the QB position?

Barkley, Jones, or Griffin; or was this just a ploy to start another SFL thread and give the mods even more work to do?
 
You guys really need to get over this Luck thing.. he's not the only good QB in this draft... Andrew Luck's ceiling is higher than Newton, and I'm pretty sure anyone here would love to have Cam as their franchise QB.

Comparing Luck to past NFL prospects, based on how everyone is rating the guy, his ceiling is higher than Aaron Rodgers was when Aaron declared. But Aaron now is a Top 5, probably Top 3 QB, and some even think the best QB in the NFL. Are you guys saying Andrew Luck is going to be a Top 3 QB off the bat? He's definitely going to be better than Aaron Rodgers/in his same league?

You guys need to chill with this Andrew Luck hype. He's not the only good QB in this draft, this draft is loaded with good quarterbacks.

We need to draft a quarterback, period. But we also have work to do now before this season goes to waste. Nolan needs to figure out this defense, see what their strengths are, so does our offense, though I don't want Daboll back, but we need to build some chemistry, that way next year who ever the coach and quarterback is, they will have a talented team ready who is just a quarterback away from contending.
 
Thinking about it now, I remember we were winless for a good period under Cameran but we were still competing, just couldn't finish games. Ronnie kept us competing then he went down with injury and it started going downhill from there. Then Trent Green suffered concusions and the issues kept piling on.

This year kind of feels that way too. We are competing, we are not getting completely shut out by any means.. we just can't finish and we're getting outcoached, just like Cameran. Maybe we will go winless.. who knows. I think this team can win 4-5 games still though.
