Ya I heard that too! If they put a mic on Cutler it most likely would result in 3 hours of crickets and white noise.
 
was nice to see burke's attitude towards jones, i like him a lot more than vance.

Don't see the big deal about Cutler's attitude. Plenty of great qb's over the NFL's history have had a subdued demeanor. I don't need my qb running around like Cam Newton every time there is a positive play. What I took away from that Jones/Cutler moment is another instance that defies the notion that the team doesn't want to play for Cutler or he is bringing them down. Jones, a leader of them team like Landry, seemed to embrace the qb.

Also dig seeing him show some love for our kicker lol...but seriously that's a team leader, he's actively taking on the role you can tell.

I thought it was a shoulder harness as well, but then I looked a bit closer. It looks more like it is just some kind of pad. It doesn't look as though it is connected to anything at the top part of his arm like the shoulder harnesses are. I could be wrong though.
 
Love having him on this D. Excellent player and motivator.
