Welcome back

Huge upgrade back there.

Misi back, Jenkins playing good ball, Jones returning, Wilson moving back to the slot where he's solid. Defense will be better after bye,.

Pouncey is gonna tremendously help our oline too.

Don't get to excited. Although Jones is a better safety than Wilson, it's not much of an upgrade.

But he is an upgrade and it allows us to put Wilson back in the slot where he's better than Will Davis.

I think the fans are better than will davis. That kid is AWFUL!! On top of that, it goes to show what they think of Taylor if he's still playing behind that bum. Wilson back at slot, Davis back to the PINE!

Absolutely. I think the Dolphins benefit more moving Wilson back than Jones returning.

He's a pretty solid S.
He's had one good season in 2012 and cashed in on it. He reverted to his less than stellar play in 2013.

Still an upgrade lol.

There's no way in hell Will Davis weighs 190 pounds. He looks like he's about 170. Scrawny as a toothpick. And yes getting Jones back is a boost to the secondary.

I am just curious to see how the OL shakes out. With Pouncey back, where is Satalie going, to the bench?? And if both Turner and Shelley both come back what are they going to do at RG. Thomas has clearly out played Shelley but are they going to leave Thomas at RG or try Turner? Personally I hope they just cut ties with Shelley, Garner is better than he is. Shelley is not an NFL starter, and not a very good backup. Worst pass pro OG I have ever witnessed.
We are going to have some numbers issues with Jones, Fede, Starks, Misi, Pouncey, Turner, and maybe even Moreno all coming back. I wonder if we can not dress Failbin and dress another player?

Not a fair evaluation. Thomas didn't have to face Vince Wilfork, Kyle Williams and only played one quarter I believe against Dontari Poe and didn't hold his own in the run game against him. Let's be honest, Shelley Smith faced the much tougher DTs on our schedule already where Thomas really hasn't. Either way I don't think either one is the solution at RG and I'm hoping Turner is ready after the bye.

Now that Jones is back they'll probably release the DB they signed a few days ago off the practice squad. That's really the only cut we need to make right now until Jordan comes back in two week when we'll most likely cut one of the running backs since we have 5 on the roster right now.

Jones had the same season without the 4 picks, same tackles and everything. .. difference was his role changed. .. Wilson is not even in the same class as Jones Sorry to break it to you...Jones intensity and physicality will put this day over the top and help the run d...they just need to use him the same way they did in '12
