Respect? or Hate?

I definitely dont like any rival team's players. Respect? on rare occasions. Admit talent when I see it? Absolutely: Brady, Dillon, Martin, Henry and Vincent are all deservingly PB type players.

I tend to not like any players on other AFC East teams. I respect some but hardly any. If JT was traded to a rival I would still root for the guy. But fact is I dont like them for the most part.

Takeo Spikes, I liked him since he was in Cinncinati. Havent let that go.
London Fletcher, I liked him since St Louis.
Deion Branch, hard not to like the guy.
Troy Brown, never did anything to piss me off.

As far as AFC East rivals go that is a pretty short list. I can honestly say I dont like anyone else in the division. Some I am indifferent to but alot I dislike.

Good question...

I've gotta lot of respect for Willis McGahee, he is a former 'Cane and busted a gut to get to where he is atm.

I've also got a ton of respect for Tom Brady. He is a quality player, never lost a playoff game. Doesn't make mistakes. If I were to do an All-NFL team, he would be my starting QB.

I don't think I hate guys because of the jersey that they wear. Well, maybe I do a bit..

I like both the Jets and Patriots. Quite a bit, actually. The Jets are my favorite NFL team outside the Dolphins and the current Pats remind me more of the glory '70s Dolphins than any team I've seen. As a young kid I attended the Jets/Colts Super Bowl so it's hard to have any bad feelings toward the Jets after witnessing an historic win like that.

The Bills, now that team I can dislike from time to time. They mean absolutely nothing to me. If they had kept the simple buffalo on their helmet I would respect them much more. That blurry action hero buffalo on their current helmet is pure contemporary crap, like action movies that insist on something blowing up in every quadrant of the screen at all times.

I dislike Florida Gators. Even if they play for us I can't forgive their collegiate choice. Nat Moore, a little bit. I saw him play basketball at Miami-Dade South before he transferred to UF. My friend and I used to toss him the basketballs during shootaround and he was a cool guy, always joking with us.
