do you think we should take it easy on ronnies carrys the first few games say split carrys or if we get a good lead let him rest. the first couple games are the easy part of year. think we should take it slow on him and turn him loose around game 4. if the passing game wrks out as expected we should have very few problems getting a good lead on most of are opponents in the first 3 or 4 games.think we should let ronnie rest if we are in total controll of the games.let a fresh ronnie wreck havock starting week 4.i think it would pay off down the road . let the passing game take care of the first few games.

He needs to be playing hard and well each and every game for the dolphins to have a plausible chance at the post season. Do the first 3 games really seem like walk throughs that we won't need to play with everything on the line during? Ronnie needs to prove to himself early in the season that he can carry the load, which I know he is ready to do.

their not walkthroughs at all im just saying if we handle these first couple games like we should and the passing attack is working as far as putting points up and getting good leads no reason to wear ronnie down.

no

Don't you think that would be kinda hard w/Morris out for the 1st 4 games, and suggs not knowing the offense yet. Yeah, maybe if we have a huge lead, we can put Minor in a bit. Remember though for the passing game to work, you have to have a nice run threat. Which I don't feel we have w/Minor. I think for RB to be really productive he's going to need atleast 18 touches, and that's about all he's going to get, because IMHO we're going to be a passing team for the most part.

i like the idea but dont expect us to do that especially with our #2 back arriving yesterday.. we may need to ride him hard to a fast start and ease up later in the season til the playoffs.

good thinking, lets not use him untill we get morris back... oh wait, what in gods name are you ralking about?

No. Do you want Blitzburgh to ruff up C-Pep? We need to establish the run right away.

We should rest Ronnie the entire regular season, I mean we are gonna need him in the playoffs...

If C-Pep blows up in the first few games..I wont care what ronnie is doing...Honestly I really wanna see Culpepper get crazy this season. I miss the passing days of Dan "the Man" Marino BADLY and want them back.. no offense to Ronnie Brown he is gonna get his TD's this year, but wont have more than 1400 yards (1800+ all purpose though)
