Return key quits working in chat

So I have noticed the past couple of weeks that when talking in chat the return key quits working. Trojanma has noticed the same thing. We have to CTRL+C our text, refresh and then paste it back in the box. We are both using Chrome and were wondering if that was the issue. I personally am using Version 31.0.1650.63 m of Chrome.
