Revis tells Vontae "Check game tape..."

It not desperation, it is just very enjoyable to think about.
If Ted Ginn, marginal NFL talent, can beat the mighty Revis, what does that say about Revis perceived standing? Well it means that he can be beaten by the faster man with hands.
It happens that we have a couple of those guys on our team this season.
Vontae and Smith have not even peaked yet. I like our corners better going forward.

Some of you are such homers it isn't funny. This is the NFL -- professional players. every great NFL player has been beaten throughout their career. Was Montana always perfect? Brady? Manning? All you fin fans can come up with is the Ted Gin, R. Moss (after Revis holdout the entire summer and not being in game shape). Look throughout his career and it is a no-brainer. Vontae Davis is not even in the conversation.

But you keep living in fantasy world. I hope Stupiderano targets Revis. He will make him look like a chump as he has done to so many other #1 wideouts. The record cannot be disputed. Now let's see how V. Davis has done against those same #1 receivers.

The warden give you computer access?

Hahaha. Don't quit your day job. Unlike you, I work for a living for a major law (with more than 100 offices) firm as a partner. Furthermore, my duties involve travel on client business at least twice a week. So forgive me if I don't have the time to entertain you and respond to your drivel. :lol2:

Hey man, chill out. I don't think he was trying to say Revis isn't great. Obviously

Man, the smell of Rex's feet reaches all the way to LA...

It's the smell of "success" something you obviously know nothing about. No worries, by week 4, the chants for Tony's head will be heard not only in Miami/southern Florida but all the way north to New York as the Jets play meaningful games while the Fins employ their "suck-for-luck" strategy.

Losing the AFC championship game 2 years straight is really something to crow about.
It must be a NY/LA thing...you guys have not won anything. Success? LOL

He's held out what, twice in 4 years? Im willing to take my chances on him holding out again.

And Vontae already has a nice little career building for him. In only his second season quarterbacks have admitted to avoiding him. Speaking of Brady, he picked him off twice in two games as a rookie. Vontae has shut down a side of the field for us and is a monster against the run game, all of this without missing any games due to "injury" or "holdout"...can you make the same claim about Revis?

All of this is pretty much moot, as our defensive backs best friend is our intimidating pass rush. As teams dont trade away pass rushers often, how will New York ever manage to field a unit that could help out thier corners?

Personally i love this argument.

"Hey, we failed twice in two years! WE ROCK!".

Next up, Bills fans will brag about losing 4 Superbowls. But hey, at least they made it to the game.

In fairness though, would you rather make it to 4 Superbowls or 2 AFC title games?

4 super bowls obviously.
Those Bills fans are still probably looking for Scott Norwood. If he make the kick, Parcells might have faded into obscurity then...

Why do you guys get mad?? Its true, smith is the weakest of all 4 db's. Did you see how many int's he dropped? Sure he was in right place but when it hits you in the hands you have to make the play. Revis is better than Davis, this might change soon but as for now the jets have the edge in my mind.

That's just dumb because we all know Fins fans would consider back-toback Championship games a failed season. LMAO. Let's just go back into the archives and see the threads back in 2008 when you were one-and-done in the playoffs and the playoff game was not even competitive. Stop kidding yourself cause you are fooling no one. You only wished the fins had the Jets success the past few seasons.

But we will see shortly. The season will begin and the nonsense can end. Good luck....you guys will need it.

If Revis wasn't so insecure, he wouldn't say, "Go check the game tape."
