Just starting re-watching this game........

1st Dolphin offensive series.....Suh destroys Dallas Thomas and takes Miller down in the backfield and on 3rd down throws Pouncey aside and sacks Tannehill for a big loss.

2nd Dolphin series.....3rd down.....Suh lines up at LDE....takes two guys with him inside....Ansah easily gets to Tannehill for a sack.

Detroit 10....Miami 0

Now...ask me if I want Suh on the Miami Dolphins?

Hell yes!

"Blank destroys Dallas Thomas". Could have written that any game he played. Sorry. I cannot stand the player.

I was at that game. He was disruptive all game. It was sooo frustrating to watch... Yea get him in a Fins uni

Good point

Suh is the best DT in the NFL. Think Warren Sapp

Everyone wants him till he goes berserk and stomps someone's head in.

We already went through having a brain dead overly aggressuve meathead on the team. Remember how well it worked out?

UDFA in shorts destroys Dallas Thomas
tackling dummy destroys Dallas Thomas
coach with blocking pad destroys Dallas Thomas

it sounds believable in practice scenarios too.

IMO, we would have won that game if Suh had not been playing. He is the definition of a difference maker. And if he needs to stomp on someone, let it be Incognito of the Bills, I would be fine with that.

Once again, there are huge differences between the two. Suh limits his insanity to the field and opposing teams. It's a byproduct of the intensity he plays with. Richie was mediocre at best and his dirty play was compensation for that. Incognito was a distraction in the locker room and off the field. Suh does not present this issue. Suh is not only one of the best at his position, but one of the best defensive players in the league overall. Richie? Again, mediocre at best.

The implicit benefit of signing Suh comes during practice. Now, our entire OL will get to line up against this talent every day. This only makes the C and OGs better.

Incognito made the probowl...he was a bit better than mediocre....but I agree with your overall point.
