Rex Hadnot

Yeah, it's still early but that report awhile back was that Hadnot was very impressive thusfar. I think "impressive" is good enough to beat out Seth.
Yeah, I remember that report, and yeah I definitely agree. :goof:

I hope hadnot becomes our center...we have no depth there and he would be an immediate starter. Leaving Jeno on one side and Carey on the other

He was a C in college and played a bit of RG last year because it's the simplest Oline position.

He could be a mean C.

Hadnot at C, Carey at RG, Mcdougal at RT, bah just run it to the right Ronnie, you got 1000+lbs clearing a path.

Even if Hadnot is moved to center, BTW is GREAT NEWS!, Wade Smith I feel has more potential at the C position then LT. Wade could provide good depth with McKinney backing up the G and C positions.

Wow....can anyone name a stronger line in the NFL then this one?

LT- McIntosh
LG- Jeno James
C - Hadnot
RG- Carey
RT- McDougle

Good lord....that line could physically dominate

I continue to be amazed at the dismissal of Seth McKinney. If you go back a year and check the posts, you will find all the things being said about McKinney/Hadnot were being said about Ruddy/McKinney.

McKinney had one poor year under a coach who was mailing it in and stealing his paycheck! He had a much better college career had a higher level of ball than either Smith or Hadnot. Do I think he needs to be pushed? Of course, everyone does on a 4-12 team. But when all is said and done, I believe McKinney will be our starting center and Smith and Hadnot will be back-ups though Hadnot may win the RG battle.

The key to our Oline is not McKinney, Hadnot, or even Carey, it's Houck and Davis getting five guys to buy into their schemes and techniques.

Oh, btw, Hadnot played RG for three years in college and only switched to C his senior year.

I love that line!!

I prefer to maintain a wait and see attitude. I believe in Houck, Davis and Co., especially after the coaching last year, or the lack of. I believe we are going to see vast improvement across the board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what team do you want me to start with? Yes we will have an improved line but lets not get ahead of ourselfs.

i think hadnot is too big and i dont think hes agile enough to play center... i still think seth can get it done...

I really wonder if Hadnot will make a good center? I hope so.

I just checked the Official Kickoff Banquet thread and it's been confirmed. Rex Hadnot has been moved to center.

And if Nublar posted it, you know it's legit. :cooldude:
