I don't want Harbaugh. His personality is such a negative. Plus, I doubt he'll leave the bay area. Would really like Rex though. Pair him with a strong OC and we're in business.

Rex has had one bad year as a HC and that is this year when he was sabotaged by his GM.
Rob is very overrated b/c he is Rex's brother.

I want that old dude who has been running the Steeler's defense for the last 50 years.
Dick Lebeau was not a good head coach when he got the chance and even though he was an innovator in years past, he really is not a good DC these days.

It's not Lebeau's fault. The Steelers did not replenish their shelf and allowed their team to get old with Polamalu, James Harrison, Keisel, Ike Taylor, etc. Not his fault.
