I've never seen a non-player talk so much smack without literally being able to back it up. It only makes it harder on his team to go out there and live up to his claims. It almost makes me feel bad for the Jets player...not really.

I love how Tony Sparano indirectly responded to Rex Ryan with his "I'll give them credit, I have no problem doing that" comment. Maybe Rex should realize that admitting reality makes you a better person as opposed to denying defeat, which makes you delusional.
