Rex Ryan is 3-6 against the Dolphins

I think so. He also is known for a headband too, look him up.

I did a google search and this came up:

:chuckle:

In the regular season

Rex is 3-6 against Miami
Rex is 3-7 against NE
Rex is 7-3 against Buffalo.

Overall 13-16

Why do I see nyjunc at the age of 90 :wheels: in his rocker chewing his coffee still hanging on to those two playoff wins

I hope I have SBs to discuss at that point but no matter what happens in the future I will always have great memories of those 2 postseasons especially since I was in NE for the best win of my lifetime.

It is sad that being a Jet fan and the best win of your life is a win over NE  This explains alot about how you post.

I can see why you would remember that game. Beating Brady in the playoff in his own house is quite a feat.

For what it is worth Philbin is having his own issues with the AFC East. His record is 3-6 but hopefully he can up it to .500 by end of season.
Not winning division games will get you fired sooner or later.

Doesn't make a lot of sense

Philbin vs AFC West 2-0, Rex is 5-3 vs AFC West.
Philbin vs AFC South 2-3, Rex is 8-5 vs AFC South
Philbin vs AFC North 3-1, Rex is 5-7 vs AFC North

Phibin vs rest of AFC 7-4, Rex is 18-15 vs rest of AFC
Philbin vs AFC east 3-6, Rex is 13-16 vs AFC east

Guess the AFC east is better than all the other divisions.

If you don't care about fantasy numbers in losses, or excuses for losses - where it's all about wins instead, or if you agree with Tuna that you're only as good as your record, then consider this:

In the equivalent of the past 2 years (less 1 game), Rex's has won 11 out of 31 games (.354 winning percentage).

Don't forget that Rich Kotite coached for 6 seasons (Rex is in his 5th with only 1 winning season where Polian didn't decide to pull his starters at the half), where in his first 4 seasons with Philly he went 36-28 (Rex: 32-30 and 2 starter laydowns) 1 legitimately-earned postseason as a WC (sound familiar?) before he started imploding his last season with Philly (7-9) and then until fired by the jest. Yesterday I charted the startling similarities between Rex Grossman and Sanchez, (excepting that Grossman actually won a division with a 13-3 record and made it to the SB). Am I the only one who sees the same career downward trajectory for The Footperv that Kotite (with Reich, O'Donnell, Foley, Esiason and Brister vs Sanchez and Genocide) was on?

it's the best win either team has had since 1985.

I was at the game too so that makes it even more special.

Let's hope you don't get dementia when you're older. We can't have you forgetting about 2009 and 2010.
