Rex Ryan tells Jets players he's going to be fired..

Rex Ryan told his players in team meeting last night that word on street is that he's getting fired and asked players to fight w him these last 2 weeks.

We're going to play another highly motivated team with nothing to lose. My guess is that Sherman ends up in the fetal position calling shotgun run, quick out, short hook over and over and over again.

Plus why would we want Ryan fired??? He sucks and is a huge reason why the jets suck too.
 
I expect both teams will be fired up and playing hard. In the end we will end up out of the playoffs. It is the way we roll. If the Jets win, it probably saves Rex's job.
 
Sounds like he's just trying to light a spark under his team. Must be awesome to lie to try and get to 8-8.
 
Jesus... I just hope a fire was lit under our asses today. I know hartline was pissed off. The jets will come out hard. We will see what kind of team we really are next week, what kind of character and resiliency our players and ultimately our coaches have.

Was he pissed off before or after he dropped three passes and made no effort on a fourth?
