"At the end, I thought about using time outs but I said they're not scorin', but they did."

Of course he should think they're not scoring. What message would he send to his team if he takes timeouts in this situation? If I played on his defense and he would take these timeouts I'd be pissed.

It was a horrible decision not to use the time outs. You guys had the ball inside the 10, obviously you were going to get at least 3. They should have used the 2 time outs they had left to leave the offense with more time but they didn't. There was no plus side to holding on to them.

It made absolutely no difference. Not stopping them twice on 3rd and long made the difference. had we used Tos they would have been able to bleed the clock anyway.
