Rex Ryan won't be HC in Baltimore!

Well it would have been crappy if he was only here for one year, only to move on to a HC position next year.

It would be nice to have him here, but Parcells wants familiarity and will take Bowles and Pasqualloni....I'd love Rex though....He's a creative defensive coordinator which is what we really need...I wanna see Parcells build us a powerful 3-4 ...

I don't want another co-ordinator who is leaving for a HCing job if they perform half decent.

I don't think he's all that great..and i'd rather have Bowles as our coordinator..he won't be nearly as expensive...

I'd rather have stability for the next few years. No more coaching changes year after year.

Agreed. If he comes here, then he's going to get his Scott Linehan on.

This is a rebuilding team who needs identity. I want an entire staff to grow with the team.

I'm all for Todd Bowles becoming the defensive coordinator.

I enjoy his creativity and aggressiveness too.. traits he certainly learned from daddy Ryan (and for the record I loved Buddy's defenses back in the day). But he won't be here for long. We need a good, sound DC who would stay for 3-4 years and then move on. Its not just familiarity Pacells should want but consistency and stability. This organization has gone far too long with inconsistency and instability.

hopefully thats the type of position were getting ourselves into. these yearly changes aren't helping us at all. so hopefully we can get a good DC and keep him here for a while... that goes for all coaches.
